Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods or bank holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders (outside the United Kingdom), customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping price. OSSIEM has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure. Please provide your phone number at checkout so that customs can contact you directly.

By law, OSSIEM must declare all items at their full purchase price and cannot alter this amount to reduce customs fees. Delays at customs are not the responsibility of OSSIEM.

OSSIEM is not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact OSSIEM as soon as possible at info@ossiem.com so that the matter can be investigated with Royal Mail.
